No matter how thorough daily, weekly or monthly cleaning schedules are, over a period of time a build up of grease, soil deposits and debris will build up, which require specialist cleaning and this is where we can help.
Our Kitchen Deep Cleaning involves all cooking equipment and preparation areas. All cooking equipment is dismantled by hand and soaked in a chemical tank if needed to remove heavy build up of grease and carbon deposits and to allow hard standing solid structures to be fully deep cleaned. The preparation areas are thoroughly washed and sanitised and the cleaning of the Kitchen canopy inside and out along with the filters is also included.
Following completion of each kitchen deep clean a Hygiene Certificate is provided for clients to display on site and if required the information regarding the cleaning specification, risk assessment, method statements and COSHH details can also be provided to ensure total peace of mind.
