High Level Cleaning

Our high level clean involves walls, ceilings, light fittings, fixtures and fittings over 5 feet from floor level. The walls and ceiling are treated with chemicals to remove grease deposits as even though an extract system removes most grease and smoke caused from cooking, grease will still build up over time and stick to the ceiling and walls attracting flies and vermin.

Whilst having a high level clean we recommend having a low level clean at the same time.

Low Level Cleaning

It is important to get a low level clean regularly as day to day cleaning can miss food and other objects that have dropped and fallen under cooking equipment, work tops and sinks which will attract flies and other vermin whilst encouraging the growth of bacteria, which could in severe cases cause outbreaks of food poisoning.

A low level clean involves areas such as the floor, under all tables, cooking equipment, sinks and walls to the height of 5 feet.

When cleaning the floor and dependent on what type of floor it is, chemical would be used to lift any grease deposits and then it would be thoroughly scrubbed and washed, in the case of a tiled floor we would also buff it to ensure a quality finish.
